About
The UQ Health and Rehabilitation Clinics have a dual purpose: providing high-quality, client-centred healthcare services to the community while helping educate the next generation of allied health professionals.
We welcome clients of all ages, from children to older adults, including members of the wider community, UQ students and UQ staff. Our clinics offer services in audiology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology. For a full list of available services, please visit the relevant discipline page under Services.
Located at UQ's St Lucia campus, our clinics are purpose-built to support both healthcare delivery and clinical education. The clinics offer free on-site parking and are conveniently accessible by public transport.
Student delivered health care
As a teaching clinic, most of our services are delivered by student clinicians who are completing professional placements as part of their university training. Students are supervised at all times by experienced, qualified clinicians, ensuring you receive safe, high-quality assessment, care and treatment.
By choosing the UQ Health and Rehabilitation Clinics, you benefit from dedicated, personalised care while also playing an important role in the education of future healthcare professionals. Our students have the opportunity to learn from real clinical experiences, and our clients contribute to that learning while receiving evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
