Clinical Operations Manager

Amy qualified as a physiotherapist in 1990 and has worked in clinical and educational environments in the United States and Australia.  She joined the physiotherapy team at The University of Queensland in 2007 and has been the Clinical Operations Manager since 2012. Her engagement in clinical practice and education has been supported by ongoing independent and directed study to develop and strengthen her knowledge and skills for the multifactorial role she holds.  Her focus is to ensure the students, staff and clients achieve outcomes that will enhance their lives and enable their potential to be recognised.  She influences the next generation of allied health practitioners through her leadership role.  Amy is active in her professional association, enjoys exploring new cultures and participates in an active lifestyle.  

Kathryn Bulmer

Practice Manager

Kathryn has worked at The University of Queensland since 2007 and joined the School of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences in 2013 in the role of practice manager for the UQ Health & Rehabilitation Clinics. Prior to working at the University of Queensland, Kathryn worked in similar roles within the public and private sectors. 

Margit O'Callaghan

Clinics Administrator

 

Margit has worked for the Clinics Administration Unit since 1989 initially providing support for the Physiotherapy Clinics.  Her role has changed over the years to now provide administration support not only for Physiotherapy but for the Audiology, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy Clinics.

Vanessa Steele

Clinics and Reception Administrator

Vanessa joined the University of Queensland and the Health and Rehabilitation Clinics in 2017, relocating from Adelaide to join the Clinics Administration Unit. Her role is to support the Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Audiology, Speech Pathology and Tele Rehabilitation Clinics.

Vanessa has over 12 year’s customer service experience which also includes 5 years administration experience in the medical sector in public hospitals and Practice Manager in general practice.

 

Michelle Clark

Clinics and Reception Administrator

 

Michelle joined the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2016.

She has over 20 years’ experience in administration roles with over 8 years working in the medical sector in both Private and Public Hospitals.

Her role involves clinic administration support to the Audiology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and the Tele Rehabilitation clinics.
